THE PROJECT: New light industrial/ warehousing units with ancillary offices, designed to suit tenant requirements. The design of units provides a flexible layout to maximise letting potential.
OUR BRIEF: Headed by director Bill Davies, CRGP were commissioned to provide an architectural service from feasibility to completion of the development, which would be constructed over two phases.
THE RESULT: The high quality of design and finishes on the project led to much interest from potential tenants. Both phases of the development are fully let and trading well. The success of the development led the client to undertake a similar project using the same styling and materials. This has recently been completed and is again gaining much attention, both from potential tenants and other developers.
