THE PROJECT: the development comprises 73 luxury apartments and two commercial units wrapped around a central courtyard. It has been built on a former gap site near the Theatre Royal and STV studios in the Cowcaddens area of Glasgow.
OUR BRIEF: to ensure the successful completion of the development through our quantity surveyor liaising with the design team, client and contractor during the pre-contract stage and contract period.
THE RESULT: the development has been completed to a high specification with the use of extensive areas of glazing and metal cladding products in the contract period of 80 weeks.
