Our brief was to provide accommodation and distribution facilities to meet the Client's current growth of his high quality sanitary ware and plumbing business. Project undertaken while Client had use of existing warehouse for storage purposes.
The project consisted of the demolition of an existing single storey extension, refurbishment of the existing warehouse, and the erection of a new extension including mezzanine floor, welfare and office accommodation. External materials were profiled metal cladding, aluminium windows, and facing brick basecourse.
