THE PROJECT: Demolition of office building and construction of modern two-storey office building that will serve as SKV Kincaid's Scottish headquarters. Part of the job was to refurbish internally and externally a 30,000 sq.ft factory unit that was to form a workshop for the repair of shipbuilding machinery.
OUR BRIEF: To work with architect and client from inception to completion and ensure contract is completed within 24 weeks.
THE RESULT: Our quantity surveyor and project manager delivered a high quality office development within tight time constraints and on budget.
