THE PROJECT: To build 25 flats contained within existing stone hospital grounds in three blocks with 24 new build detached houses complete with infrastructure and landscaping works.

OUR BRIEF: Approve budget and provide information to Bank of Scotland (funder) about on-going progress of contract.

THE RESULT: Plans were changed to create three blocks of townhouses, however, project is on programme and is nearing finalisation. (November 2004).
