THE PROJECT: all necessary work to complete the development of dwellings for private sale together with all infrastructure and landscaping.

OUR BRIEF: to control the financial aspects of the project and oversee completion of the whole development.

THE RESULT: the contractor went into liquidation and sub-contractors had to be employed direct. Despite this the houses were all handed over in time.
