THE PROJECT: To construct nine luxury apartments within the conservation area of Albert Drive, Glasgow. In this gap site development, consideration had to be given to various conditions outlined by the planning authority. These included the use of materials such as natural stone and slate and the installation of traditional sash windows to harmonise with the surrounding detached villas.
OUR BRIEF: To work with the client and design team and detail the most efficient products and working methods to make the project financially attractive.
THE RESULT: Completed successfully to budget with all requirements of the project enforced.
