THE PROJECT: To build 42 flats on a former breaker's yard. The site required decontamination and substantial infrastructure put in place. The development is part of the Clydebank regeneration innitiative and it will be carried out on a construction management route with no main contractor.
THE RESULT: Project now on site and due for completion April 2006
