THE PROJECT: Provision of 253 flats and townhouses, with sports and community centres.
OUR BRIEF: To work with Regency Homes Ltd, the Developer, to deliver the project in 3 phases.
THE RESULT: The successful redevelopment of a former school, supermarket and sports centre, CRGP worked in close liason with the local community through the local authority’s local member. New sports centre and sports field were provided off site.
