Water Damage Reinstatement
Project value £150,000
THE PROJECT: Reinstate 3 luxury modern flats following severe water damage
OUR BRIEF: Following initial investigations severe water damage was discovered to the timber floor structures between the three flats. The TJI composite timber joists required to be replaced as their structural integrity had been compromised by the degree of water damage. This was a difficult and time-consuming task given the timber-kit construction nature. Very high-specification finishes were all removed and later reinstated.
THE RESULT: All flats completed and handed-over on an exact like-for-like basis with no Client input required.
