The Project: Refurbishment of former Glasgow University halls of residence into twenty-five luxury flats and a mews cottage.
Our Brief: To convert the halls of residence into luxury flats while keeping as many of the original features as possible within the Grade B listed building. This entailing reworking the numerous access routes carved within the building through the modern reinstatement of three of the stairwells, as well as renovating the rear escape towers into modern features internally and externally.
