TISO Glasgow Outdoor Experience
CRGP Limited provided architectural and quantity surveying professional services for the conversion of this existing warehouse on Coupar Street, Glasgow to a unique retail outlet for Graham Tiso, the outdoor specialists. The development includes Britain's first indoor ice climbing wall, a dry (and warm!) climbing wall, bike and boot rough trails, torch tent, cafe, and wet weather clothing test enclosure. This concept has now been replicated by Tiso in other locations.
The Outdoor Experience includes specialist zones for mountain bike sales and repairs, walking, running, climbing, canoeing, tents, and a huge range of general outdoor interests.
More recently CRGP were back at the same property to manage alteration works to provide more retail space for Tiso's Glasgow Outdoor Experience. This has allowed Blues ski shop to open within the premises and will also allow the expansion of their growing equipment hire and increasingly popular lecture theatre. These works were carried out with minimal disruption to the shop and permitted Blues to be open for the Christmas rush!
