Project : In a joint venture with Kier Homes, The Burrell Company will redevelop this former hospital site into a unique and highly desirable residential development. Originally designed by renowned Architect Thomas Tait in 1936 as an infectious diseases hospital, most of the existing Art-Deco style buildings have fallen into severe disrepair in recent years as they have become surplus to requirements. The Burrell Company is undertaking conversion of the Grade A and B listed buildings together with areas of new build to provide a total of 131 apartments.
