The Project: Redevelopment of existing cellular Office building in Hillington Industrial Estate.

The Brief: To revitalize the existing building to form vibrant open plan offices suitable for today's market.

The Result: CRGP architects utilized the existing Art Deco building fabric with its large areas of glazing to create bright naturally light office spaces accessed off a new double height feature glazed entrance which acts as a focal point for the development.
The refurbished building also features a new highly insulated roof, new exterior signage, new metal cladding, new high spec' toilet facilities, exterior and interior decorative lighting and external landscaped areas.
The project was completed at the end of July 2008.
