Cadell House / Kudos
Demolition and subsequent reconstruction of existing office block with commercial units at ground and basement level following serious fire.
The new design takes the same footprint and approximate height as the previous building providing prime ground floor retail space with office space above. Locharbriggs sandstone, obtained from the same quarry as the adjacent Waterloo Chambers building, has been used on the new façade creating a contemporary addition to the steetscape.
