CRGP Ltd is delighted to announce the following promotions:

Richard WalkerRichard Walker joins the Board of Directors as Architectural Director. In his time with us, Richard has demonstrated strong leadership and management skills in several key sectors that are important for the future of the practice, particularly Defence and Education.  In bringing high degrees of commitment, professionalism and rigour to all his activities, we look forward to Richard's contribution to the management of the Architects and the practice as a whole. Richard will be responsible for the management of our QA systems (including ISO 14001 sustainability accreditation) and Contingency Planning.  The promotion to Director is a major milestone for both Richard and the practice as we continue to drive the practice forward.

David McIntoshSusan ChowDavid McIntosh and Susan Chow are promoted to Associates in the Architectural and Project Management disciplines respectively, in recognition of their continued contribution to their development within the practice.  David brings an architectural sensitivity to his project work that is valued by clients and those who work with him, and is seen as an important step in the future direction of the company.  Susan has played a major rolein the growth over the last 3 years of Project Management within the practice, and has also made a significant impact in the quality and success of the bids we produce; the increase in the success rate of these is due in no small part to Susan's efforts.

Lindsay McCollThe practice has grown in size, ambition and quality over several years and it has been recognised for some time that we require a suitable Practice Manager to provide a focus for many of our activities.  Lindsay McColl is today promoted to this new position.  Lindsay has worked diligently during her time with us, while always maintaining a positive and helpful attitude.  This role will be a new experience for all of us, and we are sure that Lindsay will prove a valuable and important member of our management team.

At CRGP we are fully committed to supporting and developing all our people to grow the business and to make this a lively, profitable and enjoyable place to work.  We aim to nurture and respond to people's talents, and to create a platform for career development.  We hope that this is recognised in these appointments and that all our staff and business partners will wish them every success in their new positions.
