CRGP Limited has been appointed as CDM Co-ordinator by Graham Construction on a healthcare framework for NHS Lanarkshire.
The NHS Lanarkshire scheme comprises four healthcare facilities, the first being Carluke Primary Healthcare Resource Centre, closely followed by a Low Secure and Complex Needs Facility at Coathill Hospital and another at Caird House. The final project is a Learning Disability Assessment and Treatment Centre at Kirklands.
The framework forms part of NHS Lanarkshire's capital development programme, "A Picture of Health". The contract is based upon the NEC 3rd Option C using collaborative working and open book accounting practices.
A fifth project has been further instructed by NHSL, comprising the conversion of an existing property in Hamilton to provide new a Primary Care Facility. Works are due to commence in October 2008.
