Seaforth House, Hillington

CRGP has completed the £2m redevelopment of Seaforth House, an existing cellular Office building in Hillington Industrial Estate, for Citylink Development Company

The property has been revitalised to form vibrant open plan offices suitable for today's market.

CRGP's architects utilised the existing Art Deco building fabric with its large areas of glazing to create bright naturally light office spaces accessed off a new double height feature glazed entrance which acts as a focal point for the development.

The refurbished building also features a new highly insulated roof, new exterior signage, new metal cladding, new high spec' toilet facilities, exterior and interior decorative lighting and external landscaped areas.
