New Offices for CBC

Due to their continuing success and growth, Central Building Contractors, based in Glasgow, have begun construction of their new offices directly adjacent to their existing premises.
Having established their presence in Govan for many years, CBC were keen to stay in the area, but needed new premises that would allow them to continue to grow and meet the requirements of a progressive business in the 21st Century.
CRGP have a long standing relationship with CBC and are delighted to be involved in the design of their new Headquarters. The commencement of operations on site follows extensive design development over the past few years. The client was keen to ensure that their corporate branding was evident in the palette of materials used on the façade of the building.
The client also wanted an impressive entrance and reception area. A sweeping curved feature stair will greet visitors as they enter through the curved glazed vestibule into reception which will extend to 3-storeys in height and be toplit by a large inline rooflight.
