Rouken Glen Park Pavilion

East Renfrewshire Council's Planning Applications Committee has approved an application based upon CRGP Limited's refurbishment proposals for Rouken Glen Park Pavilion.
The 100 year old pavilion sits within the popular Rouken Glen Park on Glasgow's south side.
The proposals aim to retain the historic character of the pavilion whilst bringing the property up to modern standards and include new windows and timber shutters, accessible ramps, new reception area and open plan meeting/exhibition space, overhauled WC facilities including unisex baby change and accessible WCs.
