THE PROJECT: Reinstate three upper flats after emergency ground floor structural works were organised by Glasgow City Council Building Control.
OUR BRIEF: Consult with structural engineer to devise method that would return accommodations to original condition. The work involved extensive plaster removal, installation of structural steel and full redecoration.
THE RESULT: The work was completed within the estimate period of eight weeks.
