THE PROJECT: To reinstate severely fire-damaged flat on behalf of executors of estate.
OUR BRIEF: To establish plans that would satisfy requirements of executors while considering that the property would be sold on behalf of the estate.
THE RESULT: After recommending a small financial input from the estate, a building warrant was obtained for the conversion of the property into a two-bedroom flat. This maximised the return on the reinstated property, which was completed within time and under budget.
