THE PROJECT: Reinstate tenement property comprising 15 flats and 5 commercial units including public house and restaurant.
OUR BRIEF: The severity of the fire necessitated the demolition of the prominent corner property and extensive temporary propping to the adjacent tenement closes. The property is to be rebuilt, including basements in a concrete frame faced with natural stone to replicate the look of the original building.
