THE PROJECT: Reinstate tenement properties comprising 20 flats, involving close liason with all owners and 9 separate Loss Adjusters.

OUR BRIEF: Following Glasgow City Council’s Emergency Works, to reinstate the property of 3 tenement closes in two phases. Phase 1 comprised the entire stripping-out works and the construction of a new roof structure and coverings. Phase 2 comprised the internal reinstatement including rewiring, replumbing, new floors and finishes, new corncing, all on a like-for-like basis.

THE RESULT: Phase 1 works completed in June 2005 and Phase 2 works completed by August 2006.
