Torus Building
CRGP were project monitors for The Torus Building, a high specification detached two-storey building within Scottish Enterprise Technology Park, East Kilbride, by developer Speyroc Limited. The property has already won several awards including an UKSPA (UK Science Park Association) award for innovative design demonstrating environmental sustainability both for energy and use of materials. The property has also achieved a BREEAM rating of VERY GOOD.
The property also benefits from an energy saving wind turbine.
