Optique Apartments, Beith Street, Glasgow
CRGP are Project Managers for the Optique Apartments, a £2.5m development involving 18 flats for sale and a social club. The project was a joint venture between Partick Housing Association and the site owner.
CRGP linked the two parties and facilitated the project, including the acquisition of additional ground for amenity space.
It was also necessary to negotiate the use of ground under the ownership of Clyde Port Authority to temporarily locate the contractor's compound.
CRGP also secured advertising income for the client, which can be seen from the Clydeside Expressway!
Contractor on site was ROK.
