Xcite Livingston Leisure Centre
Xcite Livingston Leisure, formerly Bubbles, was closed following a serious fire and the reinstatement works included new flumes, cafe, reception, changing village, soft play, health suite and beauty suites. The Client, West Lothian Leisure, contributed to the insurance monies to upgrade other areas of the facility while it was closed.
CRGP provided Architectural, Project Management, Quantity Surveying and CDM Co-ordinator services. Engineer was Scott Wilson, Main Contractor was Ogilvie Construction, pool plant by Synergy Water Technology and flumes by Loyal Grove Leisure.
