The new build development incorporating 24 large apartment blocks within Sutherland Avenue, aspires to meet the exceptional standard and variety shown throughout the leafy and desirable conservation area of Pollokshields.
Not only this, due to the height and geometry of the development this helped to shape bespoke residences that frame breath-taking views of Glasgow. The scale and orientation of the Avenues is intended to lend itself to its surrounding context, with the character and hierarchy of the existing villas surrounding emulated within the project.
