Office Administration Opportunity – Junior Position

CRGP Architects are currently seeking an enthusiastic and professional Office Junior to join our Glasgow team on a 9 month temporary basis to cover Maternity leave. Working hours are from 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday.

Main Duties:

  • Greeting visitors as they arrive
  • Answering and transferring telephone calls
  • Dealing with incoming queries via email and telephone
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
  • Filing, copying and printing
  • Maintaining records, filing systems and computer files
  • Any typing requirements using Excel/Microsoft Word software
  • Booking travel, accommodation & training seminars
  • Undertaking any other tasks/ provide support to all departments as required
  • Any other basic administrative duties as required
