CRGP are acting as project managers for the state of the art hall for the community, which is being funded through various sources including The Big Lottery Fund.

CRGP Limited have been appointed by Ashington Brooke Ltd to provide Architecture, Quantity Surveying and CDM Co-ordinator roles to upgrade and remodel six HMO (House in Multiple Occupation) properties across Inverness. Three of these projects are currently on site with works progressing well.

CRGP Building Surveyors have recently been appointed to develop and implement refurbishment proposals for Riverside Hall in Govan, which has provided a wide range of development and social activities for community use for almost 30 years. Grant assistance has enabled the refurbishment of the hall to create an energy efficient environment.

Building works have started on site at the Cuillin Hills Hotel in Portree. CRGP Ltd who have been providing Architecture, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Interior Design and CDM Co-ordinator roles for the new 3 bed extension, new fine dining restaurant and new brasserie, will now be monitoring the works on site to ensure the successful realisation of the project.

CRGP has recently submitted a planning application for the rebuilding of West Lothian Leisure's Xcite Whitburn Centre, which was destroyed by fire on 23rd July 2011. Building works to provide new office space for GRAHAM Construction are complete. Due to their continued growth and success, GRAHAM Construction required larger premises in both Glasgow and Edinburgh. CRGP assisted them by providing architectural services, with construction works carried out in-house.

Building works to extend the existing College Refectory, create a new management reception area, and create a modern training dining room to be utilised by college staff, students, and also the wider community, are complete.
